Review by hotel critic
My stay at Manhattan Motel was exceptional. The spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a large sitting room and open kitchen, was perfect for our family getaway, offering great value at just $160 a day.The hotel manager's attention to detail and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The comfortable and clean beds, reliable wifi, and peaceful surroundings added to our relaxation. The manager's proactive approach, accommodating our late arrival and ensuring a seamless check-in, was highly appreciated. The impeccable housekeeping service and the manager's exceptional customer care stood out during our stay. From fresh towels to personalized service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. And with easy access to the hot mineral pool and guest laundry facilities, our needs were met beyond expectations. The convenient location near Rotorua's top attractions, combined with the cozy accommodations and attentive staff, make this a perfect choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the heart of Rotorua.
